RWAC Members
The Ohio Regional Workers' Adjustment Committees are joint labor-management teams. OCSEA members are appointed by the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association (OCSEA/AFSCME Local 11). Management members are appointed by the Department of Administrative Services.
Each region has labor and management liaisons that help coordinate worker adjustment efforts in their regions (see the map below.) They serve as contacts with agencies and employees in their regions and participate on the statewide RWAC steering committee.
